Join your fellow EMPs for a night of science fun at the Academy of Natural Sciences for Mega Bad Movie Night! The museum opens to adults 18 and older at 6:30 PM on Thursday, February 20. The movie, Jurassic Park III, begins at 8PM. Before the film, enjoy dinosaur-themed programming, food, drinks, and the Dinosaurs Unearthed exhibit. During the film, enjoy the mega-badness of dinosaurs let loose in modern times as three Academy scientists dissect and ridicule. Tickets are available at this link.
You can also run elbows with fellow museum professionals at the Franklin Institute’s Science After Hours: MacGyver Night. Test your craftiness with hands-on activities and make and takes while enjoying a show with enough explosions to make MacGruber blush. As always, there will be liquid nitrogen. For more information, visit the Franklin Institute website.
